Town n’ Country Title opened as an individually owned and operated title company in 2007 by Nancy McHugh in Holmen, WI. Nancy’s vision for Town n’ Country Title was to create a title insurance company that focused on what was important to the homeowner and our industry partners, not the bottom line! One of Nancy’s first customers asked “Can you just take care of the problems so we can close on-time?”
It seemed like a very easy question to answer for Nancy, “We take care of title issues before they become closing issues!”
By continuing to identify the need to do just that, our expansion began.
Town n’ Country Title became licensed in Minnesota in 2010 to serve our customers on both sides of the Mississippi River through our Holmen office, then opened an office in 2013 in Arcadia, WI to expand our presence in West Central Wisconsin and shortly thereafter opened our Winona, MN office.
In early 2015 the opportunity to expand over to the east side of the state presented itself and the journey continued with new offices in Green Bay, Appleton, Wauwatosa, Kenosha, and Janesville.
Town n’ Country Title continued to grow by adding a La Crosse office in 2019 and welcoming the latest market of Tomah, WI in the spring of 2022.
Our growth is credited to our hand-picked, talented team of highly ethical and licensed title professionals who strive to deliver gracious professionalism on a daily basis. This in turn has assisted in positioning Town n’ Country Title as a leader in customer service in the title industry.
