About Us
Marine Credit Union is built on the strong belief that members are more than a credit score, and we are committed to providing financial services to all members of the community – including those with past financial challenges. We are a full-service financial institution with offices located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
We were created for hardworking people, by hardworking people. Our roots trace back to 1931, when the first of more than 25 credit unions now part of our history was chartered. We take our name from the credit union formed in 1949 to serve the employees of Mercury Marine, world-class manufacturer of outboard motors, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Today, our team of over 400 employees serves over 70,000 members. We see our members as people, first and foremost. When you walk into Marine Credit Union, you are more than a number. You are a human being, with a story. We serve everyone, especially those with past financial challenges. The members of the Marine team are empowered to be advocates for the members we serve.
Locally, we have branch offices located in at 127 N West Ave in La Crosse and 1848 East Main Street in Onalaska. Our administrative offices are located at 811 Monitor Street in La Crosse.
