I've been with Edward Jones for over 16 years, seven of those as a client. I came to a crossroad in my 20-year career in radio advertising and marketing sales when a manager continued to tell me to focus on the money my clients had and not worry about the right thing for them. I was raised to treat others as I want to be treated, to be honest and care for others. All of his suggestions went against all I believe in. My financial advisor saw how important it was to me to take care of my clients, and encouraged me to pursue a career with Edward Jones to help others in a more significant way.
Because of this support, and seeing my dad having to go to work at 74 years old on oxygen and using a scooter, it is my passion to do all I can to help others not end up in that type of situation.
I believe it's important to invest my time to understand what you're working towards before investing your money. It's also important to understand the level of risk your comfortable accepting when investing and what your complete financial situation is, so we can balance all this with the steps necessary to achieve your long-term goals.
I am a mom of three girls (28-19), have one son-in-law and am married to my college sweetheart, who is a small business owner. When out of the office, I help my Rotary Club, volunteer at La Crosse Area Builders Association, spend time with family and friends, hike, bike and cook.
My branch office administrator, Amy Sjolander, and I are committed and focused on each client's situation and their goals. If you feel you and your family could benefit in having a partner to help navigate and create personalized strategies for you, I'd love to show you how we can make a difference.
