FUTURE FIVE AWARD
The Future Five Award is given to five up-and-coming Young Professionals who are exceling within their chosen field, industry, or career path.

ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is given to one individual who goes above and beyond as the owner or operator of their business.

EMERGING LEADER AWARD
The Emerging Leader Award is given to one individual who has taken on a visible leadership role within the community and/or their industry which positively impacts the La Crosse Area.

BEST YP WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Best YP (Young Professional) Workplace of the Year Award is given to one business or nonprofit organization that has been intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining Young Professionals through intentional changes to operations, benefits, workplace culture, or some other innovation.
